caring about international requests, orders, reclamations via telephone, email of fax
translation of product features and marketing activities
“gateway” between international customers and the product specialists

Working experience in customer service, call center skills, sales departments or similar
persistency, capacity for teamwork and politeness
willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
